About the event

This information session is two parts- Part 1 on February 21st and Part 2 on February 28th.

The sessions are educational, focusing on learning and skill development. While participants may share their experiences to enhance understanding, the primary goal is education rather than therapeutic.

The fight, flight, freeze response will be addressed with discussion regarding how to regulate the response to better engage in interactions with others.

The interaction between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours will be discussed with strategies to use this information to regulate emotions, enabling one to have better interpersonal interactions.
